Further to the message from the Registry on October 27, 2020 re: "Updates on the arrangements of the 203rd Congregation" informing you that the Congregation ceremony will be broadcast online on December 3, 2020 at 11am (HKT), we would now like to provide the following updates about the rental of academic dress and collection of degree certificates/diplomas:

October 27, 2020

We are pleased to invite you to join the Congregation ceremony which will be broadcast online on December 3, 2020 at 11am (HKT) through the website https://class-of-2020.hku.hk/. At the ceremony, the Deans of Faculties will read out the name of degrees for which candidates are presented, and request the Presiding Officer, i.e. the President and Vice-Chancellor, to admit all candidates to the degrees to which they are eligible.
