  • Can I pick up my order in person?
    Pre-order Period ( Now - 13 Nov 2023): For orders placed between now - 12 Nov 2023, please indicate at the check-out page whether you wish to pick up in person or have it delivered. Delivery will be on the 8 Dec 2023.   • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and China UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and Alipay.
  • How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders are typically processed within 4 - 5 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Average delivery time for standard delivery Local orders: 7 - 14 business days International orders: 10 - 30 business days Please note that the first batch of delivery will be on the 8 Dec 2023. You may track your order for more accurate delivery time estimate. Please note that for international orders, occasional customs or courier delay may occur, affecting the delivery time frame.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or modify online orders after your order has been placed. This includes but is not limited to: Change of delivery address Adding, removing or swapping of items Applying eGift Card credits Full order cancellation Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.
  • What is your refund / exchange policy?
    We do not offer any refund or exchange due to simple change of mind. For any defective items: We offer an exchange policy for defective items. If you believe the product you received is a defect, please get in touch with us at hkunewclass@hku.hk with photos and your order details (order number and confirmation email) within 7 days of receiving the item. We will guide you through the exchange process. *Please note that as our certificate holders are custom-made, one at a time; due to this process, there may be slight variations which are inherent in all handmade products.

  • How can I track my order?

  • How do gift card recipients get their cards?
    The gift card recipient gets an email with the subject line "You just got a gift card from John Doe" (with the relevant name). Their unique gift card code appears in the email. NO physical card will be sent to recipients.
  • How do I use the eGift Card?
    Please input the unique eGift Card code before you checkout.
  • What happens if the total amount is more than the remaining gift card value?
    If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you may pay for the remaining cost using other payment methods.
  • What happens if the order total is less than the gift card value?
    Any amount left over after making a purchase can be used in future purchases. For example, if a customer has a $100 gift card and spends $25, they can use the remaining $75 in future with the same gift card code. Please note that currently, it is not possible for recipients to check their gift card balance.
