Extension of Access to University Facilities for

Class of 2023

Notes:

 

  • The above facilities shall be eligible for access by graduands of the Class of 2023 with their HKU Student Cards until August 31, 2024.

  • The access is eligible to the Year 2023 graduands of the following HKU programmes: Undergraduate, Taught Postgraduate, Research Postgraduate, Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma. The list does not include HKU SPACE.

  • Graduands who have lost their HKU Student Cards may apply for a Facility Access Card by filling in this form.

  • Graduands admitted to HKU postgraduate programmes will be issued with a new HKU Student Card and their level of facility access as postgraduates will override their "Class of 2023" status.

  • The service-providing units reserve the right to change the terms and conditions.

Class of 2023, we are pleased to let you know that you can use your HKU Student Card for access to the facilities below until August 31, 2024. The effective date for the Class of 2023 (Graduands of Summer and Winter Congregation) will be immediate.
