Collection of Certificates for Class of 2023 Winter Congregation

All Winter Congregation graduates of 211th Congregation can collect their certificate after their congregation session with the following schedule: http://www.ase.hku.hk/asoffice/doc/cert_schedule.pdf 

Please bring your HKID card / Mainland Resident ID card / Passport to collect your certificate. Note that electronic copy of your identification card is not accepted.

If you wish to appoint an authorized delegate to collect the graduation certificate on your behalf OR to request the graduation certificate to be sent to you by mail, please complete the procedures online under the section "Arrangement for the Collection of Graduation Certificate" at https://www.ase.hku.hk/asoffice/.
