Extension of Access to University Facilities for
Class of 2022
*Details for Class of 2023 extension of access to University facilities will be announced in mid July 2023
Class of 2022, we are pleased to let you know that you are able to use your HKU Student Card for access to the facilities below until August 31, 2023.
*The effective date for the Class of 2022 who have already completed their studies will be immediate.
*Class of 2021 are able to use their HKU Student Card for access to the facilities below until August 31, 2022.

Notes:

The above facilities shall be eligible for access by graduands of the Class of 2022 with their HKU Student Cards until August 31, 2023.

The access is eligible to the Year 2022 graduands of the following HKU programmes: Undergraduate, Taught Postgraduate, Research Postgraduate, Postgraduate Certificate and Diploma. The list does not include HKU SPACE.

Graduands who have lost their HKU Student Cards may apply for a Facility Access Card by filling in this form.

Graduands admitted to HKU postgraduate programmes will be issued with a new HKU Student Card and their level of facility access as postgraduates will override their "Class of 2022" status.

The service-providing units reserve the right to change the terms and conditions.
